Gente, es posible abrir cuenta en la sucursal HSBC de Hong Kong, aca les paso el procedimiento que la misma gente de alla me remitio por e-mail. La cuenta es "SmartVantage" que realmente es muy completa. Puede verificarlo en la pagina del HSBC de alla.
Aca pego el procedimiento de apertura (es engorroso pero todo Legal) y si tenes 1290 USD en la cuenta el costo de mantenimiento es GRATIS.

If you are now in Argentina, we are pleased to inform you that you are welcome to submit your new SmartVantage account application by post.

For your easy reference, we append below the relevant procedures of obtaining the account application form:

1. Browse our above website
2. Select 'International Services' from the left column
3. Under 'Not an HSBC Premier customer' on the right, click 'Get an Overseas Account Application Form'
4. Fill in the required data and scroll the arrow downward to locate 'Hong Kong' at the field 'Country where you would like to open your account'
5. Press 'Submit'

Upon receipt of your request, an application form will be sent to you via e-mail. Please kindly fill out the form electronically, then click 'Review and Print' on the last page and take this completed form, your passport and your address confirmation as that appended at the Document Checklist to have your signature witnessed and the photocopies certified by the following authorized parties:

1. Embassy, consulate, or high commission of the country/territory issuing your identity documents
2. A member of the judiciary or customs officer
3. Lawyer, notary public, actuary or accountant

The person certifying your documents must include the following details on all copies of the documents they certify:
1. Write: "I have seen the original document and I certify that this is a complete and accurate copy of the original."
2. Sign and add the date
3. State their name and address clearly in BLOCK LETTERS
4. Include their professional position or capacity and the name of the organization
5. Add an official stamp clearly showing the certifier's address and telephone number
6. Initial on each page of all supporting document copies

Please send the certified account application form and relevant documents by post or courier to our International Banking Centre, Level 6, HSBC Main Building, 1 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong for further processing.

We would like to inform you that it will normally require around 20 working days upon receipt of your full set of documents to complete the account opening process for mail-in application.

Please note that the acceptance of new account application is subject to the Bank's assessment and discretion in compliance with our internal guidelines.
